How to clean contact lenses?

Compared with all kinds of contact lens washers, finger rubbing is more effective and safe. Take out the lens with sterilized small tweezers and place it in the palm of your hand, drop a few drops of nursing solution on the lens, and then gently massage and wash the lens for about 30 seconds with the index finger abdomen from the center to the surrounding, and then clean the opposite side of the lens. Wait until both sides of the lens are kneaded and washed, and rinse the protein precipitate with the care solution. Pour the care solution into the clean mirror box, about two-thirds of the mirror box, and then soak the cleaned contact lenses in it for at least six hours.

It should be noted that the disinfection ability of the contact lens care solution in the mirror box will gradually weaken, so it must be replaced in time. Generally long-term preservation of the lens to take out before wearing, it is best to use care fluid to clean again. For the eyes sensitive people, in order to avoid the stimulation caused by some chemical components in the nursing solution, the nursing solution on the lens can be shaken off before wearing.
