Contact lenses have freed many people from the shackles of frame glasses, but many people seek medical treatment because of improper use. To ensure that contact lenses can be used safely, it is important to know when contact lenses should not be worn.
Firstly, don't wear contact lenses if using computer for a long time. Fifthly, the weather such as blowing sand gale should not wear contact lenses. In extreme weather conditions, particles such as sand and dust easily adhere to the lens, causing eye discomfort. Besides, windy weather will accelerate the evaporation of lens moisture, aggravating the dry eye symptoms.
Sixth, water - related sports should not wear contact lenses. The water used for swimming, bathing in hot springs, water recreation and other activities is not sanitary enough, and there are many bacteria in the water. Once entering the eyes, it will not only be harmful to lenses, but also cause infection and even blindness.
Seventh, who has the fundus disease should not wear contact lens. Contact lenses are not recommended for patients with keratitis, conjunctivitis, trachoma, xerophthalmia, trichiasis, etc.
